Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU patients older than 18 years with signed informed consent; 2. Shock patients who met the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 according to the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM) in 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Kidney tumors, kidney stones, hydronephrosis, kidney atrophy, lack of one kidney and polycystic kidneys, and other diseases affecting kidney structure; 2. Patients with abdominal radiotherapy or dialysis, trauma, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, patients who die within 6 hours of follow-up; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with ultrasound due to special position maintenance.
