Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, confirmed by head CT or MR; 2. Within 24h of onset; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking antiplatelet drugs within 2 weeks before onset, such as aspirin, clopidogrel, prasugrel, ticagrelor, etc; 2. accompanied by serious complications, including severe infection, malignant tumor, serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 3. Myocardial infarction, stroke, and vascular embolism occurred within 3 months before the onset of the disease.
