Interventions

sHIFU group:HIFU ablation
Control group: Implanted placenta was ablated by HIFU, and necrotic lesions after HIFU ablation in uterine cavity was removed through curettage.

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women after vaginal delivery with term pregnancy; 2. Placenta accreta was diagnosed; 3. Vital signs were stable and there were no signs of active hemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Penetrating placenta percreta; 2. Residual placenta is large and extends to the cervix or vagina; 3. Combined with infection, temperature >=38.5?.
