Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gallbladder polyps and adenomyosis: (1) Age > 18 years; (2) Patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from 2021.09.01 to 2022.09.01; (3) Postoperative pathology was gallbladder polyps or adenomyosis; (4) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form. 2. Patients treated with ERCP and EST for the first time: (1) Age > 18 years; (2) Patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from 2021.09.01 to 2022.09.01; (3) Patients with common bile duct stones, treated with ERCP and EST for the first time; (4) Nasobiliary ducts to be left in place for bile drainage; (5) Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent. 3. Patients with previous EST papillotomy: (1) Age > 18 years; (2) Patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from 2021.09.01 to 2022.09.01; (3) Previous history of ERCP, ES; (4) Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gallbladder polyps and adenomyosis: (1) History of preoperative biliary surgery or gastrointestinal diversion surgery; (2) Intraoperative injury to the biliary tract; (3) Other reasons deemed by the investigators to be inappropriate for trial participation. 2. Patients treated with ERCP and EST for the first time: (1) Acute cholangitis; (2) History of preoperative biliary surgery or gastrointestinal diversion surgery; (3) Difficulty in obtaining bile during ERCP; (4) Difficulty in obtaining bile from the nasal bile duct after ERCP; (5) Other reasons deemed by the investigators to be inappropriate for trial participation. 3. Patients with previous EST papillotomy: (1) Acute cholangitis; (2) History of preoperative biliary surgery or gastrointestinal diversion surgery; (3) Difficulty in obtaining bile during ERCP; (4) Other reasons deemed by the investigators to be inappropriate for trial participation.
