Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically probable or clinically confirmed PD, according to 2015 MDS Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria and 2016 Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria; 2. Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-3; 3. Stable treatment regimen for PD during the program. Medication should not be adjusted during rehabilitation training and testing; 4. Patients can live independently, walking without any auxiliary tools; 5. Voluntarily participate in this project, cooperate with related examination, exercise therapy, rehabilitation, and health education, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug-induced, head trauma, vascular, and other secondary Parkinson's syndrome; Multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal ganglia degeneration, and other Parkinson's superposition syndrome; 2. H-Y stages >=4 stages; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment (MMSE score: illiteracy <17, primary school <20, secondary school (including technical secondary school) <24); 4. Severe neuropsychiatric diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases, postural hypotension, tumor diseases, etc; 5. Visual impairment.
