60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Operation time >= 2 hours; 3. Men and women are not limited; 4. Aged >= 60 years; 5. Transfer to AICU after operation; 6. EF > 50%; 7. Sinus rhythm; 8. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and metabolic diseases before surgery; 2. Poor image quality; 3. More than one left ventricular segment is unclear, or there is no clear R wave; 4. Clear history of heart disease; 5. Precordial infection, rib fracture.
