30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The main primary disease is a central nervous system disease; 2. Tracheostomy is related to the primary disease of the central nervous system; 3. Tracheostomy is not extubated during admission to our department or tracheostomy is performed during hospitalization in our department; 4. The patient can tolerate wearing a talking valve for 30 minutes; 5. The patient signs informed consent.
