60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification of ?-?; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. BMI 16-25 kg/m^2; 4. Elective cardiac surgery; 5. NYHA (New York Heart Association) functional classification of II-IV; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. MMSE (Minimum Mental State Examination) score < 20; 3. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4. Severe mental illness; 5. Severe disability; 6. Participated in other clinical trials.
