Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with histologically proven cervical SIL diagnosed at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were treated with FUS or cryotherapy between January 2016 and January 2021, if the following criteria were met: the squamocolumnar junction and the upper limit of lesions from adequate colposcopy examinations were fully visualized before ablation therapy, and there was no evidence of glandular epithelial lesions or invasive carcinoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lesions extended into the cervical canal 2. Positive findings on endocervical curettage; 3. Lesions covered more than 75% of the surface area of the ectocervix; 4. Lesions extended beyond the cryogenic probes being used; 5. Previous history of ablation therapy or conization; 6. Patients with acute genital tract infection; 7. Have a positive pregnancy test or lactating women.
