Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 2. Vital signs were stable; 3. The age ranges from 18 to 75; 4. Onset time: more than 15 days; 5. Improved Rankin rating from 3 to 5 (unable to transfer bed and chair independently or unable to stand up from a sitting position independently, requiring assistance or external object support); 6. At least one lower limb can actively complete the hip extension and knee extension; 7. Coordination with S5Q=3 points, can understand and actively participate in evaluation and training programs; 8. Informed consent signed by patients or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart disease: obstructive left main coronary artery disease; Unstable angina pectoris; Uncontrolled arrhythmia; Acute endocarditis, myocarditis or pericarditis; Moderate to severe aortic stenosis; Decompensated heart failure; Aortic dissection; High degree of heart block; Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; Recent myocardial infarction (<4 weeks), coronary artery bypass surgery (<4 weeks), or percutaneous intervention (<3 weeks); 2. Severe lung diseases: acute pulmonary embolism or deep venous thrombosis; Pulmonary fibrosis or interstitial fibrosis; Chronic bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Other serious diseases: uncontrolled diabetes; Severe autonomic or peripheral neuropathy; Acute systemic illness or fever; Acute or chronic renal failure; 4. Lower limb fracture not union, severe osteoporosis; High muscle tone, Ashworth grade 2~4; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices during the same period.
