18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis group: women aged 18-50 years; ultrasound suggestive of ovarian endometriosis. 2. Control group: women aged 18-50 years; ultrasound suggestive of ovarian cystic teratoma, ovarian plasmacytoma, ovarian mucinous cystadenoma, and simple ovarian cysts; 3. Healthy volunteer group: women aged 18-50 years; MRI suggestive of no diseases of reproductive system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intrauterine device and no intention to remove the device; 2. Patients with severe endocrine system, hematological system and malignant tumor; 3. Patients who are pregnant or lactating; 4. Patients with a history of pelvic and abdominal surgery; 5. Patients with contraindication to MRI examination; 6. Patients with psychiatric and neurological diseases; 7. Patients taking hormonal drugs before surgery;
