Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18 - 85 years; 3. Proposed coronary intervention; 4. AGEF score > 1.16; 5. No related contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of contrast agent allergy; 2. Lactation, pregnancy; 3. Existing or suspected acute kidney injury; 4. Those who used contrast agents and nephrotoxic drugs within 1 week before enrollment; 5. Severe renal insufficiency requiring hemodialysis; 6. Use of aortic balloon counterpulsation, acute heart failure, liver failure, connective tissue disease, tumor, serious infectious disease, cardiogenic shock in hospital, sudden cardiac death, etc.
