20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy control group: 30 cases Inclusion criteria: (1) Normal healthy people over 20 years old, without previous neurological and muscle diseases, and without oral and facial trauma or surgical history; (2) No stuttering, speech impairment, hearing impairment or cognitive impairment; (3) There were no dental diseases such as tooth defect, toothache and temporomandibular joint disease; (4) Signed informed consent. 2. Case group: 30 cases Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with NPC and treated with radiotherapy; (2) No other structural abnormalities of the oral cavity, pharynx, or esophagus; (3) Conscious and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to contrast agents; 2.Tumor recurrence or metastasis; 3.Having other serious diseases of the nervous or respiratory systems; 4.Unstable vital signs.
