18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent; 2. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 3. Patient was diagnosed with suspected coronary heart disease and planned to have coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergetic to iodine or iodine contrast agent; 2. Peritoneal or hemodialysis requied end-stage renal disease and kidney transplantation; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency and valvular heart disease, hemodynamic instability; 4. Clear bacterial or fungal infections, acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases and tumors, etc.; 5. Contrast agent was used within 2 weeks before admission; 6. Nephrotoxic drugs were used during hospitalization.
