18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients newly admitted to the ICU within 2 days; 2.Expected ICU stay of at least 2 days; 3.Have available enteral nutrition access; 4.Age >= 18 years; 5.Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nursing, pregnant patients; 2.Hypersensitivity to probiotics (fungal type); 3.Treatment regimen that includes oral or intravenous antifungal drugs; 4.Patients expected to die within 48 hours.
