18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18-80 years old; 2.Intracranial infarction lesions confirmed by head MRI or CT examination; 3.Hospitalization within 72 hours of onset; 4.All patients or their families voluntarily signed the informed consent and agreed to cooperate with the completion of the treatment; 5.All enrolled patients were diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other central nervous system diseases (such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, subarachnoid hemorrhage or traumatic brain injury, etc.); 2.Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3.Recent severe infection or severe trauma; 4.Autoimmune disease or malignant tumor.
