Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets 4 clinical diagnostic criteria; 2.Aged over 14 years, under 90 years; 3.Patients treated with this regimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with proximal humerus fractures (surgical neck of humerus, anatomical neck of humerus, fracture of humeral head, etc.) combined with fractures of the greater tuberosity of the humerus; 2.Patients with severe vascular and nerve injury; 3.Patients with severe disability of the upper limbs due to various injuries, or patients with limb disadvantages caused by previous diseases (cerebrovascular accidents, etc.); 4.Patients who have undergone shoulder replacement surgery; 5.Patients with osteomyelitis, tuberculosis, tumors and local infections around the shoulder joint; 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7.Patients with high fever, infectious diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, severe cardio-cerebrovascular dysfunction, polyneuropathy, skin ulcers or allergies, open trauma, anticoagulants, installation of pacemakers, mental disorders and other special physique; 8.Patients who have received other treatments that may affect the observation of treatment effect indicators in this study.
