65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergoing elective surgery in prone position; 2.Aged 65-80 years, regardless of gender; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I–III; 4.Sign the informed consent to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index >= 35 kg/m2; 2.Hypoalbuminemia or hypoxemia; 3.Chronic lung disease; 4.Mental illness; 5.Anemia; 6.Contraindications to PEEP.
