Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease; 2. Determined preoperative ECG myocardial ischemia; 3. Contains two or more risk factors for coronary heart disease: age >= 70 years,diabetes mellitus requiring treatment (oral antidiabetic medications or insulin), arterial hypertension, history of stroke, high cholesterol, smoking history (greater than 10 years), and abnormal ECG (signs of left ventricular hypertrophy, left bundle branch block); 4. With above more than two or more items, can be included in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute myocardial infarction, congestive cardiac insufficiency, acute coronary syndrome, and unstable angina within 6 months; 2. Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg or mean blood pressure >= 110mmHg), or severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg); 3. Combined with sinus bradycardia sinus node dysfunction atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome; 4. Complicated with severe COPD and bronchial asthma; 5. Complicated with immune system diseases, infectious diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Concomitant coagulation dysfunction, or preoperative anemia (Hb < 90g/L).
