Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medial unicompartmental osteoarthritis; 2. Medial proximal tibial angle = 5°; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grade >= II; 4. Body mass index (BMI) <= 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery history of knee; 2. Limited knee motion 10°; 3. Rheumatic arthritis or other inflammatory arthropathy; 4. Degenerative changes of the lateral compartment (outerbridge grade > II); 5. Ligamentous laxity around the knee.
