Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I~III; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. BMI <= 28kg/m2; 4. All subjects were intubated on the left side; 5. Double-lumen bronchial catheter technique was used for diagnosis; 6. Lung function is basically normal; 7. Not complicated with serious heart, brain and other important organ lesions; 8. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to benzodiazepines and any component of remazolam besylate for injection; 2. Schizophrenia or severe depression; 3. Long-term sedative and analgesic use history; 4. Drug or alcohol abuse history; 5. Intolerance Double-lumen bronchial catheter surgery; 6. Patients with difficult airway; 7. Fever, hoarseness or sore throat; 8. Any disease that affects the placement of the double-lumen tube with stenosis of the left main bronchus. 9. Unforeseen adverse events (such as drug allergy, anesthesia and surgical accident, etc.) occurred; 10. The patient was lost to follow-up.
