Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1. Females aged 18 years and over, with a history of sexual life and not during pregnancy; 2. Patients with one of the following symptoms, clinically suspected endometrial cancer or atypical endometrial hyperplasia, and patients who will undergo endometrial biopsy in this medical institution: (1) Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB); (2) Imaging findings of postmenopausal endometrial thickening (>= 5mm); (3) Imaging suggests intrauterine space occupying; (4) Patients with Lynch syndrome; (5) The doctor suspects endometrial cancer due to abnormal other physical signs, family history, genetics and other factors; 3. No history of other malignant tumors. Interference group: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Pathological diagnosis of non-endometrial cancer, such as cervical cancer, ovarian (fallopian tube) cancer, breast cancer, uterine sarcoma, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical record information (including gender, age and other information and other demographic data, etc.); 2. Those who do not meet the requirements for sample collection and preservation.
