Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or older; 2.Gynecological elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 3.The surgical procedures are classified as three or four operations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Case data involve patient privacy; 2.The clinical records were not complete, and at least one item was missing in 5 items of ameliorated frailty inde.
