Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Collected the data of all the people who donate blood in shaanxi province from October 1, 1998 to December 31, 2030,the data of the blood donors after the successful connection between the blood donors and the health records of the whole province. According to the distribution characteristics of the population (age, gender, region, etc.) , matched non-blood donors were randomly selected from the health records of the resident.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Health information for residents under the age of 18 in the health records
