Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Patients receiving gastric ESD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken PPI preparations and antithrombotic drugs within 1 week before enrollment; 2. Have previously suffered from gastric cancer, diabetes, decompensated liver cirrhosis, tuberculosis, uremia, coagulation dysfunction, severe autoimmunity; 3. Those who are pregnant; 4. Those who are allergic to PPI preparations.
