Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuous inclusion in the Shanghai area from Jan.1st, 2010 to Dec. 31st, 2021; 2. Diagnosis includes: heart rate, radiofrequency, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, heart thrombosis, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, lower extremity venous thrombosis; 3. Aged 18 years and over, initial or already receiving warfarin. Prescriptions or doctor's advice for patients who receive rivaroxaban, apixaban, edoxaban, and dabigatran ester anticoagulant therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prescriptions or doctor's orders that use oral anticoagulants for less than 1 day; 2. Prescriptions or orders of patients whose age, sex and other basic information are incomplete and can not be filled.
