Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with heart failure according to the current guidelines, and treated with medications regularly;(n=25) 2.Patients without cardiovascular disease but with controllable cardiovascular risk factors, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes;(n=25) 3.Healthy individuals aged 35 years or over, non-smoker, without cardiovascular disease or risk factor;(n=25) 4.Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic or contraindicated to ultrasound contrast agent; 2.Other serious cerebrovascular events, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack, have occurred within the last three months; 3.Patients with malignant tumors or multiple organ failure that may not have long-term survival; 4.Suffer from cognitive dysfunction, substance dependence, or severe mental illness; 5.Intravenous drug addicts; 6.Pregnant or lactating women, or planning to be pregnant or donate eggs during study period; 7.The researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in the clinical trial for any reason.
