Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.If the child vaccinated with the new crown vaccine must be over 3 years old, there is no age limit for the hepatitis B vaccine group; 2.After liver transplantation; 3.The patient's heart, lungs and kidneys, coagulation function is stable; 4.The family members of the children were informed of this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children under 3 years of age with liver transplantation; 2.Patients who have been assessed not to be vaccinated with other vaccines such as the new crown vaccine (such as severe allergic reactions to vaccines, acute allergic reactions, angioedema, dyspnea, etc.); 3.Previously confirmed new coronavirus infection, experienced febrile illness within 1 week before vaccination, active cytomegalovirus infection (defined as viral load> 1000 IU/ml or low viral load with compatible symptoms); 4.Received intravenous immunoglobulin in the past 30 days; plan to receive intravenous immunoglobulin in the next 4 weeks.
