Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

Interventions

Intervention group:Spinal joint looseness instrument treatment
Sham group:Inflatable rubber gloves are placed on the patients spine to reduce the impact of the device
Control group:Routine lifestyle, no additional intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form; 2. Subjects should be between the ages of 18 and 25 years; 3. All participants were required to be enrolled in university; 4. Normal general physical examination and no history of motor system injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of spinal surgery; 2.Orthopedic injuries of the upper or lower limbs that limit movement at these segments; 3.Chronic conditions (such as arthritis) that may cause pain or limit movement; 4.A state of health that prohibits strenuous exercise; 5.Confirmed or suspected pregnant women; 6.Regular lower back resistance/weight training (more than 3 times per week).
