3 Years to 5.9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Families having at least one 3-to-5.9-year-old child; 2. The child is living with parents; 3. The child does not have any diseases that prevent them from participating in physical activity or falling asleep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The children who meet all the 24-hour movement guidelines.
