Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmation of ICH diagnosis through computed tomography (CT) imaging. 2.Age of 18 years or older. 3.Stroke onset within 48 hours of hospital admission. 4.Receipt of conservative medical treatment. 5.Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) exceeding 8 points. 6.Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0 to 1 prior to ICH onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary ICH caused by suspicious factors, such as aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, cavernous angioma, post-infarction hemorrhage, or anticoagulant drug usage. 2.Underwent surgical treatment. 3.Diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage. 4.Presence of severe primary diseases, including cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, or mental disorders. 5.Pre-existing neurological impairment, such as dementia or disability. 6.Use of immunosuppressive drugs. 7.Incomplete clinical records, imaging data, or loss of follow-up.
