Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are caring for adolescents and young adults with cancer, who are diagnosed with any type of cancer between 15 and 39 years old and undergoing treatment (If there were two or more caregivers, the one undertaking the main caregiving responsibility was included); 2. Caregivers who still care for the patients after discharge; 3. Aged above 18 years old; 4. Caregivers who have at least one item of a high level of unmet need in the Support Persons Unmet Needs Survey Short Form (SPUNS-SF); 5. Able to understand the research and can communicate in Chinese; 6. Can be approached via WeChat; 7. Provide informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are being paid; 2. Caregivers of adolescents and young adults with cancer who are receiving hospice care; 3. Caregivers who are mentally unstable and had cognitive impairments that result in the inability to participate in the intervention; 4. Caregivers who are participating in other research interventional programs.
