18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with T1 renal tumor who intend to undergo NSS; 2. The patient's age is between 18-75 years old; 3. Patients must provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative eGFR is less than 60 mL/Min/(1.73 m^2)or diagnosed with chronic kidney disease; 2. Patients have symptoms related to kidney failure such as edema, chest ascites, muscle atrophy; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency of grade II or above; 4. Ketoacidosis; 5. There are absolute contraindications to NSS; 6. MRI examination is contraindicated; 7. The patient's life expectancy is short; 8. Isolated or bilateral kidney tumor; 9. Previously kidney transplantation history; 10. Other reasons that doctors do not recommend this treatment plan.
