Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. It is consistent with the diagnosis of multiple injuries, postoperative infection of general surgery and cerebrovascular accident: (1) Multiple injuries: injuries of two or more anatomical parts or organs of the body, of which at least one injury can be life-threatening; (2) Postoperative infection in general surgery: clear history of general surgery, pathogenic bacteria cultured in postoperative sputum, blood or drainage fluid or highly suspected pathogenic bacteria, and use restricted antibiotics to control infection; (3) Cerebrovascular accident: including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; Glasgow score = 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI <= 18kg/m^2; 2. Pregnancy, end-stage disease status; 3. Fracture or postoperative of both upper limbs; 4. Previous neuromuscular diseases.
