Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for severe congenital heart disease and can undergo primary correction surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Children with ongenital heart disease combined with other systemic serious diseases such as esophageal atresia, trisomy 21, etc.(2)Children with immune disease(3)Premature infants with gestational age <37 W(4)Neonatal hemolysis;(5)Children who want palliative surgery
