18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and over, regardless of gender; 2. ASA physical status I to III; 3. Scheduled for elective craniotomy under general anesthesia; 4. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 5. Clearly understand the experimental process, volunteer to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular diseases, renal or liver dysfunction; 2. Severe pulmonary diseases, ARDS, bronchopleural fistula, pneumothorax; 3. High intracranial pressure; 4. Refusal for participation.
