18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses participating CPRs in our hospital within 12 hours; 2. After CPR, they can change from clinical nursing work to clerical work for the next 6 days; 3. Female; 4. Aged between 18 and 40 years; 5. No acute serious illness; 6. Mother tongue is Chinese; 7. Signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Frequent CMN player; 2. Experienced other CPR in the past 1 month; 3. Participate in CPR twice or more during the trial period; 4. Failure to sleep on time on the same day due to CPR; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Experienced severe traumatic events recently; 8. Hearing impairment; 9. Not completing the whole process of this trial.
