Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age of 28-32 weeks, birth weight <1500g, male and female; 2. Agreed to undergo evaluation of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP), head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI); 3. The family members read the instructions and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants received other neurological medications during hospitalization; 2. Premature infants were found to have craniocerebral injury (intracranial hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy) by ultrasound examination once a week during hospitalization; 3. Premature infants were found to have severe liver and kidney diseases, blood disorders, autoimmune diseases and chronic and severe infections; 4. Allergic to mNGf.
