Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-II children selected for adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation time < 30min; 2. Serious cardiovascular disease (complicated with congenital heart disease or cardiomyopathy or EF < 50%); 3. Severe respiratory diseases (such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia, history of asthma or other respiratory diseases resulting in lung dysfunction); 4. The guardian refuses to participate in the test; 5. Propofol allergy; 6. Have participated in other clinical studies.
