Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spotty or dendrite keratitis or stromal keratitis, 14-21 days after conventional antiviral and anti-inflammatory treatment, felt foreign body sensation, dryness, itching, burning and other discomfort, and slit lamp examination showed that some patients had mild conjunctival congestion, but no obvious secretions; 2. Basic Tear secretion Test (Schirmer I Test) < 10 mm/5 minutes, tear film break up time (BUT) < 5 seconds, fluorescence staining (FL) was used to detect spot staining, which was confirmed as dry eye in the convalescence stage of viral keratitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bacterial, fungal and acanthamoeba infection keratitis; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases such as Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 3. Patients with acute conjunctivitis, lacrimal angiitis or dacryocystitis; 4. Patients with glaucoma, pigmenitis and other eye diseases; 5. Allergic to artificial tears or cyclosporine drops.
