Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18; 2.Meet the new definition of sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria: Sepsis 3.0 = infection + SOFA score >= 2; 3.All cases had a stay of more than 7 days (except those who died during hospitalization); 4.All selected patients were required to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients complicated with pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, sarcopenia, and malignant tumors; 2.Patients with acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock or severe chronic disease with organ dysfunction; 3.Patients with predicted survival of less than 28 days due to other medical reasons; 4.The data within 24 hours of admission were incomplete and could not be effectively evaluated.
