Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary IgA nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy after January 2000; 2. EGFR >= 15ml / Min1.73? in renal biopsy; 3. Aged over 18 years old (including 18 years old) at the time of renal biopsy, regardless of gender; 4. There are four diagnostic information records of traditional Chinese medicine. The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to "deficiency of spleen and lung qi" or "deficiency of Qi and Yin"; 5. Meet the definition of high-risk IgA nephropathy patients in kdigo2020 guidelines (urinary protein is still > 1g / d after optimized support treatment for at least 90 days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary IgA nephropathy such as purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis and hepatitis B; 2. Other renal diseases such as membranous nephropathy; 3. Combined with diabetes, connective tissue disease and other systemic diseases.

decrease of eGFR >= 50%;Clinical remission (3 consecutive drops in urinary protein within 6 months to < 0.3g/d with stable creatinine);
