18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are 18 years old or over and have no history of systemic disease that affects oral treatment; 2. Mature permanent molar teeth with pulp injury, involving both reversible pulpitis or partially irreversible pulpitis, due to caries or abrasion; 3. Patientsdescriptions of sensitivity to cold, the pain can be relieved within a few minutes after removing the irritation; No history of night pain; No discomfort in percussion; 4. Remaining tooth tissue has enough space for restoration; 5. Having healthy periodontal tissue; 6. X-ray film showed no obvious abnormality around the apex of the tooth PAI <= 1; 7. After excavation, red homogeneous and blood-filled tissue was observed on the surface of the pulp wound haemostasis could be achieved within 5 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deciduous teeth or Immature Permanent Teeth; 2. It is caused by a wedge-shaped defect, cryptoschisis, or tooth fracture. Or after meticulous caries excavation, no exposures appears; 3. Sensitive to heat, persistent irritating pain or dull throbbing pain, sharp spontaneous pain, and tenderness to percussion or pain exacerbated by lying down; 4. Remaining tooth tissue has no restorative value; 5. Periodontal tissue unhealthy; 6. PAI>=2; 7. After excavation, tissue was observed unhealthy on the surface of the pulp woundhaemostasis could not be achieved within 5 minutes.
