Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic and typing criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Aged 16 to 55 years; 3. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 4. The disease is in the active stage (BASDAI >= 6 or BASDAI >= 4 with either of increase in CRP or ESR).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, heart, and cerebrovascular diseases and psychosis were complicated; 3. Late severe joint deformity and disability; 4. Combined with other rheumatic diseases; 5. Use NSAIDs <= 2 weeks, or use slow medication <= 1 month, or use biological agents <= 3 months.
