18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; Papillary thyroid carcinoma was diagnosed by FNA; Diameter of lesion <= 15mm; 2. Thyroid cancer requiring thyroidectomy, including tumor located in isthmus or unilateral thyroid cancer or lymph node with definite or suspected metastasis in the central region; 3. Willing to cooperate with the provision of blood test samples, patient imaging, postoperative pathological routine and other relevant medical records, willing to use the test data for scientific research in clinical institutions; 4. Signed informed consent and was willing to cooperate with the clinical follow-up of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of thyroid surgery; Thyroid tumor invasion of trachea, esophagus and other adjacent important structures or distant metastasis; 2. There is definite or suspicious lymph node metastasis in the lateral neck, which requires lateral neck cleansing; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or cardiopulmonary and other important organ dysfunction cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 4. Concurrent medical conditions that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; 5. Any social/psychological problems that the researcher determines are inappropriate for the patient to participate in this study.
