Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018" published by the Chinese Society of Cardiovascular Diseases; 3. New York cardiac function class III-IV; 4. Cardiac ultrasound examination indicating LVEF <= 40% (modified Simpson method); 5. New or no use of dapagliflozi during hospitalisation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure caused by restrictive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or uncorrected primary valvular disease; 2. eGFR 0.3 mg/dl or rise in Scr > 50% (to 1.5 times baseline) or reduced urine output (< 0.5 ml/kg/h) for more than 6 hours within 48 hours); 3. Combined diabetic ketosis or ketoacidosis; 4. Urinary tract infection or previous recurrent urinary tract infections; 5. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy during the project study period and those who refuse to use contraception or who are breastfeeding; 6. Based on the investigator judgment, the patient could not complete this study or could not comply with the requirements of this study.
