Postoperative cognitive dysfunction

Interventions

Esketamine group (Group E):During induction, 0.5mg/kg intravenous injection of esticketamine was added
Operation control group (S group):Esketamine was not added during induction
Non-operative control group (NS group):Patients hospitalized at the same time without surgery were used as a blank control.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the Esketamine group and the surgical control group were: 1. Patients aged 65 to 80 years; 2. Planned elective surgery under general anesthesia, surgery duration >= 2 hours; 3. ASA grade I-III. Inclusion criteria for the non-surgical control group were: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years; 2. Non-operative inpatients during the same period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing cognitive dysfunction before study; 2. Nerve, spirit system disease (Alzheimer's disease, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarction, etc.); 3. The use of sedatives or antidepressant drugs affected the nerve spirit system functions; 4. Cannot undertake neurocognitive function test; 5. Severe visual or auditory dysfunction; 6. Alcohol or drug dependence; 7. Main organs severe dysfunction; 8. Allergic to experimental drugs and contraindications of drug use.
