Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with conscious pain and neurosensory abnormalities in dry eye, aged 18 years and over; 2. OSDI score >=13, tear breakup time 3 months; 4. Dry eye symptoms and signs separation; 5. FPS-R score >= 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychosis, cognitive dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, malignant arrhythmia, and vital organ dysfunction; 2. Systemic connective tissue diseases and severe autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, etc.; 3. Those who need to use eye drops for a long time with a history of eye surgery, a history of trauma or other diseases.
