Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplant recipients identified as CDI by Clostridium difficile and still unable to control diarrhea after drug treatment; 2. Aged 18 years and over; 3. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with acute parenteral infection; 2.Combined with acute graft rejection; 3.Diarrhea can be well controlled by drug treatment; 4.Any conditions that increase the risk of adverse events in the subject or quit midway.
