Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thoracoscopic surgery and general anesthesia; 2. Patients aged 80 years and over; 3. Patients with ASA I to III grade; 4. Patients stay in hospital for at least 48 hours after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function (including unstable ischemic heart disease; Arrhythmias; Complete bundle branch block; QT interval prolongation; Heart failure, etc.); 2. Patients with infection in the proposed block area and severe nerve damage to the blocking lateral limb; 3. Patients with a history of chronic pain taking analgesic drugs, taking psychotics, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, contraindicated to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Repeat surgery or planned re-operation within 30 days after surgery; 5. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine, and general anesthetic drugs; 6. Serum potassium abnormalities; 7. Patients and their families who refuse surgical anesthesia and are unable to complete the questionnaire.
